What Nubinno Actually Does?

Nubinno helps pharmaceutical companies manage serialization, track and trace, and supply chain compliance work. The company operates in the pharmaceutical industry and focuses on implementation and consulting around drug serialization and related systems.

This role is for someone who knows how to run complex projects properly. Pharma experience helps, but what matters most is strong project management in a regulated environment, high standards, and the willingness to learn the serialization space in depth

What You Will Actually Do?

• Own projects from kickoff to go live and post go live support

• Keep scope, timeline, stakeholders, and delivery under control

• Work closely with clients, technical teams, and partners to move projects forward

• Run workshops, clarify requirements, document decisions, and keep everyone aligned

• Spot risks early and deal with them before they become delivery problems

• Learn the serialization domain properly and become confident enough to lead projects in it

• Communicate clearly in Spanish and English with clients and internal teams across different markets

Must Haves:

• Strong project management experience in pharma or another highly regulated environment

• Clear track record of delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders

• Willingness to learn serialization and everything connected to it

• Spanish at C1 level or higher

• English at C1 level or higher

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and personal accountability

• Genuine interest in learning, improving, and growing professionally

Helpful but Not Essential:

• Experience in pharmaceutical operations, compliance, or validation

• Exposure to supply chain, software implementation, or system integration projects

• Familiarity with documentation heavy environments where quality matters

• Experience working with international clients or cross functional teams

This is not a passive coordinator role. You are expected to take ownership, keep projects moving, and stay calm when things get messy.
