Product Manager - mobile
Own the mobile product roadmap for Latin America from São Paulo — ship fast, data-driven, and user-centered. Collaborate with Flutter/iOS/Android to boost activation, retention, and growth.
I’m hiring a Product Manager, Mobile to own the next phase of their consumer mobile experience across Latin America. This is an on site role in São Paulo, Brazil, and the client strongly prefers candidates who are already based locally and have current work authorization.
What you’ll do
Own the mobile product roadmap end to end: from problem discovery and quick experiments, to launching updates and improving them in the real world.
Prioritise initiatives by user needs, measurable business impact, and what the team can realistically build: pushing back when assumptions don’t hold.
Turn customer insights and data into crisp product requirements and clear execution plans for design and engineering.
Partner closely with mobile engineers (Flutter, iOS, Android) and designers to ship reliable, high quality features fast.
Use product metrics and qualitative feedback to drive activation, engagement, retention, and conversion, then iterate based on what you learn.
Collaborate with operations, growth, and customer facing teams to map the end to end user journey, pressure test it, and remove friction points.
Build a user focused, data informed product culture so decisions lead to sharp, measurable outcomes.
Must haves:
3+ years in Product Management building and shipping mobile first consumer products.
Experience partnering with mobile engineering teams (Flutter, iOS, or Android) from idea through production launch.
Strong analytical skills and ownership of product and business metrics, not just dashboards.
Ability to turn messy customer insights into clear product decisions and execution ready specs.
Existing work authorization for Brazil and ability to work on site in São Paulo.

Compensation & setup
Employment type: full time, on site in São Paulo, Brazil
Total compensation: 200k 300k USD equivalent, depending on experience and seniority.
