What this job actually is
You'll build and ship features for a Facilities Management SaaS platform used by real estate and healthcare clients across multiple countries. The product is actively moving its UI to Blazor, so you'll be doing real frontend and backend work on a live platform. You own your features from requirements to deployment, working in a small Agile team with international colleagues.
What you'll do
Build and enhance Blazor UI components for a customer-facing CAFM platform that's actively evolving
Develop and maintain backend services in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and Entity Framework
Write and optimize T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, and SSIS packages against SQL Server
Participate in Agile ceremonies in English: standups, sprint planning, retrospectives
Own your features completely: scope, build, test, deploy
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices alongside the team
What you must bring
This is a concrete stack. If you don't have these, this role isn't the right fit yet:
3+ years of commercial C# and .NET development
Blazor in production, not just a demo or side project
ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework with real delivery behind you
SQL Server: T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and solving performance problems under real load
Basic JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS to own UI delivery end to end
Working English, spoken and written, because daily international collaboration is a real part of the job
Based in Kraków, or genuinely open to relocating there (Warsaw considered if Kraków pipeline is empty)
You'll hit the ground running if you've
Shipped Blazor UIs in a live product used by actual customers
Delivered features end to end in a sprint-based team
Worked with colleagues in different time zones and made it work
Tuned SQL Server queries where performance actually mattered
