I’m recruiting on behalf of Holi, Poland’s first digital clinic focused on obesity and metabolic health. They’ve raised €3M in Seed funding and are a team of 15 across medicine, psychology, technology, and business. Their goal isn’t another wellness app. They’re building a “clinic in your pocket” where people with chronic metabolic conditions receive ongoing support through a mix of human expertise and AI.

Patients here are dealing with obesity, metabolic disease, and the reality of trying quick fixes that often don’t last. In this role, design directly impacts whether people can stick with the plan—so the quality of the experience matters.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing patient-facing interfaces and prototypes, from early ideas through to shipped features

• Owning user research and testing—speaking with patients, collecting feedback, and turning it into practical product decisions

• Using behavioral and product data to spot where the experience breaks down and improving it

• Working closely with founders, doctors, psychologists, and engineers—small team means you’ll see the full product end to end

• Using AI to support your design and prototyping workflow to move faster and reduce friction

What you need

• Strong UX/UI fundamentals—you can move from concept to a tested prototype without relying on others to “make it work”

• Experience in iterative product development—you’ve shipped, observed real usage, and improved based on what you learned

• Comfort working with users as part of your process, not just as a one-time exercise

• The ability to interpret product and behavioral data and translate it into clear design and product changes

• Fluent English, since the team works across countries

The people using this product are dealing with obesity, metabolic disease, and years of failed quick fixes. Good design here isn't a nice-to-have. It's what makes the difference between a patient who stays engaged and one who drops off.

What you'll be doing

• Designing interfaces and prototypes for patient-facing digital health products, from early concept to shipped feature

• Running your own user research and testing cycles — talking to patients, gathering feedback, translating it into concrete product decisions

• Working with behavioral and product data to identify where the experience breaks down and fixing it

• Collaborating directly with founders, doctors, psychologists, and engineers — this is a small team, so you'll be across the whole product

• Using AI tools in your design and prototyping workflow — not because it's trendy, but because it makes you faster and better

What you need

• Solid UX/UI design skills — you can take a concept from whiteboard to tested prototype without hand-holding

• Experience in iterative product development — you've shipped things, watched real users interact with them, and iterated based on what you saw

• You've worked closely with users or customers as part of your process, not as a one-off workshop

• Analytical enough to work with product data and draw conclusions that actually change what you do next

• Fluent English — the team works across borders
