Founding Engineer | Prediction Markets & AI Agents | Warsaw (4 days on-site) | $90k-$120k B2B + Equity

I'm recruiting on behalf of a Warsaw-based startup that just raised $2M from a top European VC. They're building an AI-native operating system for prediction markets — deterministic agents that discover, analyse, and execute live strategies across centralised and decentralised platforms. Think real money, real markets, live from day one.

This is a founding engineering role. Not founding in title only. The team is experienced math, quant, and product founders who move fast. You won't be managing a ticket queue. You'll be building and owning the core of the product.

What the work actually looks like

• Building and owning the agent orchestration runtime — async, distributed, designed to run live strategies without constant intervention

• Real-time data pipelines pulling from exchanges via APIs and WebSockets

• Execution engine connecting to markets and handling order and position logic

• Risk systems built into the runtime, not added later

• Web3 integration — wallets, on-chain data, multi-platform execution

• Market discovery dashboards that surface what the agents find into something actionable

What you need

• 5+ years of backend engineering in Python or Go

• Experience with distributed systems and financial data pipelines

• Hands-on with Docker, Redis or Kafka, PostgreSQL

• AWS deployment and monitoring — you set it up yourself

• Genuine understanding of how financial markets work

• Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics

• $7,500-$10,000/month on a B2B contract

• 0.5%-1% equity

• Direct exposure to global hedge funds, exchanges, and top-tier VCs
