Cloud Infrastructure Specialist
Cloud Infrastructure Specialist: anchor Azure operations, coordinate partners, drive cost-efficient, resilient infra from plan to delivery join a collaborative, impact-driven team.
We usually respond within a day
You'll be the technical anchor for our Azure environment, part hands-on engineer, part coordinator who keeps external service providers aligned and accountable. This isn't a purely execution-focused role: you'll also drive infrastructure projects from planning through delivery, collaborating with internal teams and vendors alike.
What You'll Actually Do
Monitor and hold managed service providers (MSPs) accountable for cloud infrastructure quality and SLAs
Lead and contribute to Azure infrastructure projects: cost reduction, automation, redundancy, and Disaster Recovery
Build and maintain a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for IT assets
Coordinate the rollout and upkeep of AI agents built on Microsoft Copilot
Step in as a technical escalation point during major incidents
The Real Challenges
This role sits at the intersection of technical execution and vendor coordination, so you'll need to influence people you don't directly manage, including external partners. Balancing day-to-day operations with longer-term infrastructure projects requires strong prioritization. Expect ambiguity: some of what you'll work on (like Copilot-based AI agents) is still evolving rapidly.
What We Need From You
4–5 years working with cloud infrastructure, with solid Azure hands-on experience (GCP or AWS knowledge is a bonus)
Familiarity with ITIL practices and basic security principles
Native Polish and ability to work comfortably in English (B2 minimum) across a multicultural team
Experience with Copilot Studio or Power Platform is a plus, not a dealbreaker
How We Assess Applications
CV screening: we look at relevant Azure experience and project scope, not job titles
Short intro call (30 min): we ask about a specific infrastructure challenge you solved and how you coordinated with external stakeholders
Technical interview (60 min): scenario-based questions around Azure architecture, incident response, and vendor management; no whiteboard puzzles
Final conversation with the hiring manager, focused on working style and team fit
We aim to give every applicant a clear decision with brief reasoning within 5 business days of each stage.
