Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new B2B leads in pharma / biotech across EMEA.
Run structured outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and secure discovery meetings.
Conduct first discovery, understand client needs and position our services.
Work with consultants on proposals and support upsell / cross‑sell.
Maintain pipeline and activities in CRM, report on key sales metrics
Requirements
2+ years in B2B sales or business development (IT services, consulting or life sciences preferred).
Experience selling complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
Strong research, prospecting and communication skills.
Fluency in Polish and English; additional EU language is a plus
Proactive, self‑driven, comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial team
